Question / Help Trying to stream but get an out put failed error message every time

Hello,
Every time I try to stream or record I get an error message saying that the output has failed. Anh help would be much appreciated.

According to the log streaming is being stopped manually.

Have you got a hotkey set that you might be hitting, or a time limit set in the output timer?
