Trying to sign-in to Twitch through Streamlabs but it won't send a confirmation email

I have tried multiple times to sign in to Twitch through Streamlabs. It tells me to put in a code that verifies it's me and claims it sent me an email. There is no email. It's not even in spam. I've tried several times. I tried making an exception in the firewall as well. Can anyone help?
