Trying to Set My Own Custom Video Resolution In OBS

I have an overlay that is 1920x1980 with a livecam frame of 1638x861.

I'd like to set my webcam settings in OBS [resolution] to 1638x861.

I've tried doing this in OBS in both SETTINGS and in PROPERTIES, but it does not seem to accept the custom-input number of 1638x861.

If I try using 1638x861, t he camera shuts off and the frame goes dark.

Would love to find a solution to this if anyone has one?
