Question / Help Trying to schedule streams with changing URLs and Keys

I'm trying to figure out how I can setup a schedule of streams each week. Our rtmp streaming provider has us use a different URL and key for each show and we have several each day. It would be great if I could pre-build each weeks schedule and just let OBS run after that. Nothing else changes except for the URL and key.

Any ideas how to accomplish this?
