Question / Help Trying to record video with commentary

Ok, I imported the test video into Premiere Pro CS6 and got the game audio, but not my voice. Also I don't know how to put both audio track together as one in VLC.
 
I use to use Premiere Pro, 4 years ago as I said and this all worked fine. Of course back then I used the classic OBS. So I'm pretty sure Premiere Pro isn't the issue. However, I'm trying these others. Already trying avidemux and once again the game is heard, but not my voice.
