Question / Help Trying to Record minecraft in 1080p 60 FPS

When I record I get 60 FPS but my recording comes out choppy and this is with a Display Capture because when I try to do a window capture it instantly crashes minecraft.

Video settings: you are downscaling to 720p
If you want to record 1080p, set both canvas and rescale to 1080p

Recording:
Use SIMPLE settings
Recording Quality Indistinguishable
Encoder NVENC
Format FLV (you can remux it afterwards to mp4 via OBS File menu)
