Question / Help Trying to open OBS and "Failed to create aac encoder (simple output)" error? Help!

New Member
I have used OBS before on the same PC and it was fine. I have tried uninstalling OBS and reinstalling it 3 times and restarting my computer. I keep getting the error in the title. Here are the logs. Any help? Not very computer savvy.
