Question / Help Trying to livestream on a lowend pc

CPU: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N2840 @ 2.16 Ghz
Intel HD Graphics
Download Mbps: 18.3
Upload Mbps: 1.74

well, it goes at somewhere about 2-8 fps..
And that goes for recording as well

Probably to be expected given the specs of that CPU. You can try the auto configuration wizard (tools menu) to try and optimize settings, but honestly it isn't going to work very well at all.
