Trying to install - This app can't run on your PC

Make sure you downloaded the x64 and not the arm64 which is built for arm microprocessors.

I downloaded this version, and now the installer runs, but when I get to the
Welcome screen and click on "Next" I get an error ":
OBS Studio requires Windows 10 or higher and cannot be installed on this
version of Windows.
I went to System->About to check and I have Windows 10 Pro version 2009.
Any ideas?

That's a very old install, you need to update it: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows10
After I put in that post I decided that I might as well upgrade to Windows 11.
I've now completed that and I've checked - I now have Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2.
But I still the same error when try to run the installer.
Any ideas?
Also, the machine is HP ProDesk 600 with 238G storage, 8G RAM, 128M Intel UHD Graphics 630
and CPU is i5-9500 @ 3GHZ.
I've now completed that and I've checked - I now have Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2.
