Question / Help Trying to install Advanced scene switcher windows 10

Hi everyone. I am trying to install the advance scene switcher in my windows 10 desktop. When I drag it or try to paste it into the plugins folder it tells me I have to give admin permission. Which I do. It then shows it's installing with a progress bar but when I look in the folder it does not show the .dll file at all. I even turned off the read only and tried that and still it won't show up. It shows it installs but its not there.

I ran the program as admin thinking maybe that would be it but that doesn't work either. So I'm kind of stuck.

System: Windows 10
OBS version: 25.0.8
