Question / Help Trying to figure out the dropped frames while streaming to twitch

MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-UD5H LGA 1150
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K @ 3.50GHz
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 Dual SC w/ EVGA ACX Cooler 2GB
RAM: G.SKILL Sniper Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1866

My download is 5mbps and upload is 25mbps

my main concern is what is causing my dropped frames and delay on my stream i realize theres always a delay but mine is like 10-20 seconds
not much lag or any at all on stream or while recording

just curious if anyone can help
