Question / Help Trying to figure out delays

Im trying to figure out the delays for my stream.

Im streaming on xbox one with an elgato hd60 with obs studio

i have the blue snowball mic, logitech hd pro webcam c920 and then the desktop music.

Im trying to figure out the delays to have them all synced up, can anyone help?
