Question / Help Trying to do a dj live stream, sound on the stream sounds distorted or overloaded

i have a small usb plug in sound card plugged into my laptop, wired up to my djm 850 mixer, i have been testing my sound tonight whilst streaming, and the sound sounded really distorted. after tinkering with the levels and stuff for quite a while i managed to make it sound a little bit better but not perfect, is there something obvious that ive missed or is there something i need to do in settings? never done live streaming before but the sound card i have is brand new so im not fully sure what to do. any help would be really appreciated as i am aiming to go live tomorrow afternoon. En OBS el audio debe de estar en 44.1 kHz, prueba empezar a subir el volumen del mixer de a poco, recuerda que las señales de audio de audio para pc deben ser minimas, o en su defecto necesitaras una interfaz de audio. Prueba de esa forma.

it worked, input volume on mac was way to high, thanks for the help.
