Question / Help Trying NDI not showing in my tools menu.

I searched the thread and the only solution I saw is that the CPU is not supported. I have the run-time installed, I have the plugin installed. But I can't seem to get my gaming PC to emit a signal to the network, cause the option just wont show.

Here is my setup for the gaming PC.

CPU: Ryzen 1800x (Yes it is SSE3 supported, I checked)
GPU: Nvidia 1080TI
Ram 32 GB
Storage 1TB Samsung Evo 950 Pro

OBS Version: 23.1.0 (64 Bit)

I dont know what other information you need.

I have 150 megs up and down for internet with a 4ms ping.

I'm dumb, I figured it out. I didn't copy the files into the right folder....I am sorry yall. Admins you can delete or close this.
