Trying a dual pc setup. How do I capture audio from my secondary PC?

My setup:
Main gaming PC
Scarlet 18i20 audio interface
Secondary streaming PC

The main gaming pc is connected to the audio interface via usb, no issue here. Now I am trying to figure out how to connect my stream PC to it as well, because I also want to hear audio from it. I am trying with a cable with 1/8 jack on one end, into the rear motherboard, and it splits to two 1/4 jacks to into the interface. I have not been able to hear the audio from the PC. What do I do?

for me at least, your description above isn't adequate to figure out what your setup is, and audio paths
others may be able to help, but in case you don't get a response, creating a diagram with your setup and posting that would probably help
include audio path/routing information

And you may not be having an OBS issue, but rather a settings/config issue on your 'audio interface'??
Do you have a sound panel/mixer? if yes, have you configured your channel(s) correctly for sending out out to the interface you are expecting? have you tried plugging something else into that what you think is an audio out ports and confirmed your are getting the audio signal you are expecting? If yes, then have you gone into Windows Sound Settings and made sure that is correct. Only then, deal with audio in OBS
