Trying 4k streaming, Lagging/Sync problems Iphone 14 & OBS M1 chip (2020)

I have lag and audio sync problems when my settings are anything but 720p 30fps. I want to stream in 4k and am wondering if I need to get a graphics card, or if my problem is solved easier.

This is for streaming live drum videos on youtube and eventually discord.

I use the obs camera app on iphone 14
