Question / Help Trouble -w- Capturing My Screen Without Mirror Effect

I used to do my live Internet program by streaming through OBS Studio. I switched between showing my screen and showing myself live on screen. I had to completely wipe my computer and redo everything.

Now I cannot capture my screen without this mirror effect happening.

The mirror effect happens when OBS is running on the same display you are capturing. Move it to another display or minimize it. If you can't do either of those, disable the preview.

I have the same problem. But how do I move it to another display? And, how do I disable Preview, disable preview where?
