Question / Help Trouble streaming (mac)

Hello everyone! I have a Macbook and I was able to successfully stream three times, all under 20 mins. However, since then I haven't been able to stream. I've tried making my resolution "worse" and I've googled and trolled through the forums but alas could not find an answer. Please help me!
