Hi all,
I'm fairly new to OBS and I'm trying to record some game footage locally.
I have OBS audio setup to record 2 tracks, the game audio and the mic audio. The problem is both audio tracks are recording the same thing.
At first I thought this was a sony vegas issue as I'd mute one track but me talking and the game sound would still continue playing on the other track. Then I decided to open it up in VLC and looked at the audio drop down menu. It shows 2 tracks and selecting either track plays both sounds. How do split the tracks up so its ONLY capturing either the game audio or the mic?
I've tried capturing the game sound from the desktop default audio, then later I tried getting it from my headphones. I'm supposed to be recording my mic audio on track 2. But so far its not working out.
Is there some way we can specify which device goes to which track?
