Question / Help Trouble connecting DSLR

Hi, I am trying to connect my Nikon D5500 to OBS. I bought a video capture card and OBS can recogninse that there is a usb camera, but is not receiving signal from camera. Camera settings look ok to me.

Any thoughts or advice?
