Trojan Script Conteban A!ml virus report

Everytime OBS Starts up, I get a Defender report saying Trojan Script Conteban A!ml was detected in the AppData folder of OBS - due to which the Activity feed and chat won't load. Is it just a false positive, something wrong with Windows Defender that it's recognizing Twitch Authentication by OBS as an external attack, or is my OBS actually infected and I need to clear it out?

Has anyone else gotten the same, or similar viruses?

It's a false positive or a malware which comes with one of the web sites you access through a browser-source.
Check that and probably you need to delete the folders where the faulty file is located.

I have checked the appdata OBS folders with windows defender and malwarebites with no detections.

From what I can see, it's in the cache folder, but the reports are coming as different files each time - once it's f_000322 , another time it's both f_000312 and f_000317 - different with each Defender report. So I'm not sure if it's just one source that has a malware
