Question / Help Tried streaming CS:GO, got ~200fps but still get stuttering.

So i tried some different settings on the OBS studio 64 for streaming CSGO, and i finalyl got a comprimise between okay quality and 140-200 fps in-game. But when i stream it still gives my stuttering in-game. Anyone that could help me with this problem ?

Specs:
PSU: Corsair CX750M, 750W PSU
RAM: HyperX Fury DDR3 1866MHz 16GB
MB: ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VII HERO, Socket-1150
GPU: ASUS GeForce STRIX GTX 970 4GB
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K Prosessor
SSD (Where obs is stored): Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB 2.5" OEM

i have the same thing when im trying to stream H1Z1 KOTK. My game has no lag at all but my stream is laggy as hell...
I tried multipal things but nothing really worked out.

Have your tried turning on V-Sync? if you have having a problem please create a new thread.
