Tried installing three different plugins, none of them are showing up in the Tools menu.

I'm fairly new at using OBS (25, 64 Bit), and I'd like to use Advanced Scene Switcher. I tried adding the downloaded .so file to Library>Application Support>obs-studio, as well as the Application Contents Folder with no luck, I also used the installer and still the plugin does not show up in the Tools menu. I noticed when I downloaded other plugins to see if they would show up in the menu and they did not. There must be something obvious I am missing.

Please help! I'm trying my best to keep up the cadence of my talking while recording and also switching scenes manually, but the interruption makes me lose my place. I really need to forget about working the cameras so I can focus on my tutorials! Please help!
