Transitions in obs-transitions folders arent available in the program.

I can see the .effect files in C:\Program Files\obs-studio\data\obs-plugins\obs-transitions but they arent showing up on the transition menu. Only None, Cut and Fade are available. Any ideas?

With the "Transition Override" feature you can set only one of the global transitions. Thus, you need to add a new transition in the "Transitions" pane and only then it will became available in the "Transition Override" list.
