Transition plugin making an animation fly from left to right

The title explains it... but just to be clear... you know when in soccer the logo of the match or league appears on screen after a goal and while the logo moves the screen changes to another video, like for example the replay of the play...

I am looking for a plugin doing just that... is anyone working on something like that?

Here is a sample of the idea, the transition is at 70% of the video
