Transition Override Locks Up Program View

I don't know if this is the right way to go about it, but I'm trying to report a bug. I've experienced on V 30.0.1 and V 30.2.3 (haven't tested other versions).

Problem occurs when I have a scene transition override on one scene and the default transition on another. When NOT in studio mode, transition quickly between scenes several times (do not wait for the transition to finish). The program view window will lock on one of the scenes and never switch to the other. The current log reflects scene changes occurring, but they are not apparent in the Program View window. Also, the current scene transition (in the transitions dock) turns gray and cannot be changed. Toggling studio mode off/on clears the condition.

Can someone else confirm this possible bug? Setup two scenes, one with a transition override and the other without. Make one of the transitions a 2000 ms fade. Alternate between scenes repetitively while NOT in studio mode.
Does the Program scene lock up? Does toggling studio mode on/off clear the lock?

I submitted the issue to Github and the but has been confirmed. It's deemed relatively low priority and yet to be assigned. To reiterate: toggling back and forth between a scene with a default fade transition one with a default transition override "locks" program view on one of the scenes if you don't wait for the fade to complete. Normal scene changes resume if you transition to a third scene.
