Transition override ignores duration setting

Hi,

looks like when you override a scene's transition (right-click scene -> Transition Override), the duration of the transition will always be set to 1000ms instead of the duration selected for that particular scene transition.

Also, slightly related, is there a way to have multiple Fade transitions with different durations?
Can't add another one via "+" (21.1.2).

In OBS 23.0.2 transition override no longer works for me at all. If I set a custom per-scene transition on a scene, then double check it it is still there, but if I switch to another scene and come back I get the global transition and my override is ignored. If I check the override configuration it has been wiped out and reset back to "None" on me. Does this every single time so I'm having 100% reproducibility so far. :(
