Transform->Edit not working after using it previously

I use Transform to resize, rotate, crop items, etc. Things are fine the first time I use Transform->"Edit Transform" - however - once I complete my first transform I cannot repeat the Transform->"Edit Transform" action on other objects (or even the previous object itself). I cannot even access the Transform sub-menu unless I close OBS and relaunch it.

I am using a MAC with OBS 27.2.4
