Transferring from 32 bit win10 to 64 bit win11.

I have a new Win11 PC and I have loaded OBS 64bit. I copied the lower thirds directory from the old 32bit PC to the same location in the new one. I was able to get the browser source set up correctly and it displays as it did on the old PC. My problem is that when I try to add a custom browser dock and direct it to the control-panel file, it crashes OBS. I have always used Notepad++ to maintain control-panel and OBS just looks at that file when it starts up. This has worked well since we have volunteers that run the stream who know how to use the custom dock when streaming but do not want to edit on the fly. I have the crash file but admit to not knowing for sure what the issue is. I am new to this forum and am not familiar with how to share attachments. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

An update - I abandoned my attempt at using the control-panel from the other PC that works perfectly. I now attempted to add a custom dock using the control-panel file included with the download. It also crashes OBS. The version of OBS installed on the new machine is 31.0.3, which is the exact same version that is now on the old PC. I mis-spoke before, the old PC is also 64 bit. I also re-copied the working file from the old PC to the new one. OBS still crashes when adding the dock. The only difference now between the installations is that the old PC is Win10 and the new one is Win11. I have the permissions on the control-panel file set to full control for "Everyone". Again, any and all advise will be appreciated. Attached is the latest crash file.

It seems that no resources left for the Browser source to complete the task, so breakpoint reached. Look at RAM usage via the Task Manager of the OS and try to simplify the scenes.
