OBS Studio will randomly change what the tracks record from

To this

I'm not sure what causes it or how it happens but it makes editing videos impossible as there are 2 or 3 audio tracks of basically the same thing
P.S. First post not really sure how it works

Your Scene Collection named 'Footage' as I see from the screenshot. So, probably you have other scene collections. That explains behavior.

I do have a single scene, but it's just called Scene

I manually set game capture to whatever i'm playing because Monitor Capture limits my in-game fps to 60.
Why you need more than 60 fps if you planning to record it? Not recommended.

When I hover over 'Scene Collection', I only have 1 scene available to pick.

I also need more than 60 fps when playing games like CS:GO, because my monitor can display the most up-to-date image, reducing lag

Now imagine how your PC experience the stress load if you trying to capture that useless frames that game generates. And don't complain about overload or stuttering.
