If I remember correctly, some track matte stinger functionality, originally launched in V27, was disabled shortly after its release. I think it was something to do with lack of support for lock step video decoding and not allowing two separate video files to play back while keeping in sync. Just wondering about the current status of track matte stinger functionality in OBS? Is that support now there or is it still recommended to use alternative method, such as side by side or stacked file instead? I think track matte stingers is a really useful tool to have and just thought I’d revisit the subject to understand the latest status. i also welcome any guidance anyone has to make their implementation easier for people.
