Question / Help Total Noob, Will this work?

Hey i am a total noob about computers, so my quesiton is if I will be able to stream in good quality with elgato and obs with these specs:
Intel Core 2 duo CPU E8600 @ 3.33 ghz 3.34 ghz
Ram 4 gb
64 bit
Nvidia geforce 9800 GTX/9800 GTX +

Once again i dont know nothing about computers so i just wrote what i says.

It might barely squeak by and allow OBS to run but performance will be awful. Your system is extremely underpowered.

Maybe? I wouldn't invest any money into anything related to that system at this point, it's too old.
