Question / Help Total noob, trying to figure out Green Screen use with SubAlert popups

So I've got everything set up. I cannot figure out how to make the green box that the Subalert popup displays in transparent.

Do I need to install another program? Am I missing an obvious setting that I need.

I'm capturing from my PS4 to a PC if that matters.

You shouldnt have to when using browsersource afaik.
