Question / Help Total frames output lower than total frames drawn?

Something feels off in my streams and I don't know why total drawn frames are higher than total frames output. Shouldn't it be the same every time? I've been testing with a bunch of different settings to fix it and I have no clue what's up.

06:26:07.412: ==== Streaming Start ===============================================
06:26:39.931: [rtmp stream: 'adv_stream'] User stopped the stream
06:26:39.931: Output 'adv_stream': stopping
06:26:39.932: Output 'adv_stream': Total frames output: 1913
06:26:39.932: Output 'adv_stream': Total drawn frames: 2011
06:26:39.934: ==== Streaming Stop ================================================

My CPU load is fine and usually sits at around 35% and my GPU will sit around 25% load according to GPU-Z. I've even tried a brand new scene with just one game capture source and I still get the same thing in my log. I know my hardware isn't the best, but I don't think this was happening before 21.1.3

I think its just startup costs. OBS not streaming until its sure there's video to send, so the first score or so frames might not get sent. But not really sure. It usually is that way and it seems to cause no harm.

I checked another log after a longer stream and total drawn frames were about 100 higher than output again, so maybe it is nothing after all.
