It pretty much depends on what you want to show on your stream. Most tools offer you the option to show your (service specific) number of followers, subscribers or last/top donator etc..
I currently do not know of a Facebook specific tool though.
In general you need no tool at all. Images, text and videos can be added right away with the different source types of OBS-Studio.
