Too much ECHO IN FACEBOOK LIVE but OBS no echoes at all.

I REALLY need help guyss...
for those anyone know how to fix this problem please.. HELP ME.

(I'm playing CODM)
My problem is there is a lot of echo coming from the sound of my facebook live, mic echo and in game echo...
But when i click "Monitor and Output" in settings of my mic/in game sounds in OBS.... NO echoes at all..
PLEASE I REALLY NEED HELP GUYS

Just a quick reply from an OBS newbie who doesn't game
I ran into issues with Facebook Live audio echo and I followed the suggestion of DISABLING all default audio sources, and then adding the specific audio sources (microphone, specific video/application, etc) in the selected scenes desired. Echo issue resolved.
In my case, I was on a laptop, and I suspect a something with the vendor sound applet. I didn't have echo originally, then changed something, and ended up with the echo. My approach may have been overkill... but worked for me

As for Monitor and Output - you have to be careful about creating audio loops (like a laptop built-in microphone), or using external speakers (vs headphones) along with a microphone. As you mentioned a microphone, have you made sure it can't hear anything other than your voice (ie not the game)?
