Bug Report Too many frame drops with local video files

I'm using OBS(version 22.0.2) to broadcast with local video files. But it drops too many frames when I'm playing local video files in OBS.
Without local video file playbacks, OBS works fine.
It seems OBS's critical bug or CPU problems because there are some posts of AMD Threadripper&OBS problems.

My environment is below.
CPU : AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950X
GPU : GTX 1080
Mem : 32GB(3200Mhz)
OS : Windows 10 64bit
OBS : version 22.0.2

I think OBS can not treat high resolution movies well...
Above problem does not happen with low quality movies.

Provide your OBS log from the attempt.

I think log files are not having useful information of this problem.

Post them so we can determine if that's indeed the case.

OBS does not work well with 'especial encoding conditions'.
Try it yourself and then you see that I wrote.
