Entries in the
Audio Mixer pane appears if there is source of sound in:
- Sources pane (you desktop speakers, mic device, media file etc)
- any global sources that are set in main menu File > Settings > Audio > Global Audio Devices
- sources that are set by scripts (main menu Tools > Scripts)
- sources that are set by external plugins (controls can be anywhere, but at least look at main menu Tools for any new entries)
To hide (from the
Audio Mixer list) sources that you usually don't use for output (like a mic from web camera device) you can right-click over the
Audio Mixer entry (over your listed source) and click option named
Hide. To show all hidden sources right-click anywhere in the
Audio Mixer pane and click option named
Unhide All.

that potentially may has audio has special entry (checkbox) in right-click menu over the source in the
Sources pane that allows to hide/show the source from/to the Audio Mixer's pane:
As for removal - you can't separate audio from video if this doesn't supported by device driver or muxer (in case of media files it is better to prepare all assets before going online or just mute undesirable audio if you suddenly decided to watch real-time something unknown). So, you can't delete the sources listed in the
Audio Mixer's pane, but can hide them (see info and screenshot above).
