Soooo... i have tried fixing my settings for a while now. And i have come to the conclusion that i indeed am braindead.
I have got to ask if you guys could help me with my settings. I have followed the guide that Warchamp7 did. No clue what i have done wrong. I have 94 download speed and 92 upload speed.
