Question / Help .tmp files

I recorded some footage it was meant to be saved as a mp4 but instead saved as a tmp files. Is there anyway i can convert it or save the footage?

OBS does not create tmp files.

I recorded it and after i stopped recording i checked the folder there was no mp4 and only 4 tmp files.
