Hi all,
I recently bought a TKHIN capture card, model:
Capture Card, Video Capture Card with Microphone 4K HDMI Loop-Out, 1080p 60fps Video Recorder for Gaming/Live Streaming/Video Conference, Works for Nintendo Switch/PS4/Xbox One/OBS/Camera/PC : Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories
I'm trying to use the card to record gameplay from the PS5 and Xbox Series X using OBS. I added the Capture Card in sources as both the 'video capture device' and 'audio input device'. The video comes through with no issues. However, it is not recording the audio at all. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this?
It wouldn't let me attach a log file to the post.
