Title Set Popup

I was looking through the plugins and didn't seem to find anything. I'm curious if there is a plugin that creates a popup window to remind you to set your stream title and category for twitch? I often forget to do this and it would be nice to have this sort of feature.

I know there is already the default "confirmation dialog" but if there was a checklist or popup that you worked directly in that would be a great blessing.

This! Please!
I can't find anywhere a way to get a confirmation popup with stream info edit before starting the stream. So, basically, half of my streams start with wrong title/category and all my followers get wrong live notification. It is so frustrating...
