Normally I would agree but I am spitting out near perfect video because that system is encoding using both a aver media hd gamer lite and the nvidia h.264 hardware encoder

With a bitrate of 3500 and a fps setting of 30 fps.
My test recordings from the stream look passable (no blocky sections of video) but I am jest going though and playing with miner settings like 60 fps with the bitrate of 3500 ( blocky for every frame) so I reverted may try and bump the bit rate to 4000 see if I can gain some head room of quality.

i think once the audio is set and i can really jest try some rendering setting i can say "i got what i could out of it".
