Timing issues with more players.

Hello, everyone.
We have the following setup:
- rtmp server
- client0 (main host)
- client1
- client2
- client3

The game is played on client0 and streamed to rtmp using obs-portable.
Client1-3 streams to rtmp.
Client0 picks up all rtmp streams and arranges them nicely to form an overall picture and streams them to twitch.
At the same time, a discord is running on all clients.
Now all clients have variable delays, which makes it difficult to switch the individual streams back and forth. In order not to mix up the sound, only the sound from client0 runs in the overview.
Has anyone ever successfully created such a setup? Even the indicators for the discord naturally have such a delay ...
