Timesouts while connecting to YouTube

Was running OBS v27.2.4 up until a week and a half ago. Finally upgraded to v28.1.2 (had to wait for plugins to get fixed, and then the holiday season to pass).

We are a church, and both Sundays since the upgrade, we get an error while connecting to YouTube to stream the service. We never had an issue while on v27.

In the logs, the error message says, "YouTube API request failed: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received"

If we re-try, the connection will work. It's almost like OBS isn't waiting quite long enough, since we'll end up with abandoned videos on YouTube along with the one that works.

I would attach the log file from today, but the forum software says it's too large. It's over 18MB. It's mostly filled with thousands and thousands of entries that look like this:
09:38:03.937: warning: Found EOI before any SOF, ignoring
09:38:03.938: fatal: No JPEG data found in image
09:38:03.938: Error decoding video

So, in addition to the YouTube issue, any ideas what all these other entries are about?

Thanks!

Was able to resolve the above issue with the advice from this thread:

I changed the settings for my HDMI capture device from 'default' to 30FPS, and the errors have gone away. If it matters, this is the device I'm using: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08Z3XDYQ7/

Did not have the YouTube connection issue this past week.
