Question / Help time latency from action camera

Hi everyone! Need your help. I have an action camera SJ4000+ , which I intend to use in a real time streaming through OBS. The problem is that It has a time latency of about a second in real time mode (connected through USB to my laptop). If it can not be avoided, I somehow need to make a latency in sound so that video ans sound had the same latency, 'cause I'm a musician and I need that sound and video come simultaneously. Is there any possible solution with this issue?
Any ideas?

To offset sound, you adjust the offset in the mixer settings (gear icon next to the word mixer)
