Hi guys,
I'm not entirely sure what to call this, but you know when you're recording a long game play session and something really cool or really funny happens and you want to remember exactly where it was, without having to go through the entire video? On the rare occasion that you can actually stop what you're doing, you look at the time code and quickly jot it down. Most times, however, you just don't have a chance to do this.
I think it would be interesting to be able to speak into your microphone and tell OBS to save the time code. Something much like this: https://youtu.be/y6PXbbeIvJI?t=102 (Make sure you're at 1:44)
I don't think you'd be able to actually save tags in the video file, but at the very least, output a text file with all the time codes you told it to save. That would be great for editing a long video and grabbing all the good parts!
Thanks for your time and consideration. :)
