Hey Guys,
recently the AMD Threadripper 3970X launched with 32 Cores/64Threads. As long as i know x264 can't use like that many Cores, right? But where is the cap, so how many core can i use? Actually i guess the 3970X can't be fully utilised by OBS/x264, right?
