This might be more of a Stream Deck question but I figure someone here might know…

When I add a Sound Board Sound fx to my stream deck I can hear it but there’s no way for me to route that audio to the mixer. I don’t have the option to route it like I see in others videos. Is this a Mac issue? I only have the fade options and the volume bar. Below the volume bar should be the output routing but I don’t have that for some reason. Thanks in advance sorry if this shouldn’t be posted here but I’m new and just trying to learn.

If you have the mp3 sound file itself on the machine, you can just add it as media source on OBS then point it. Then use Streamdeck to trigger it. In the mixer section in OBS select the gear. wheel then advanced audio properties, then set the audio monitoring to "Monitor and output"
