Third Party Audio Infiltrated OBS Audio in Facebook Livestream

I use OBS to live stream my church's Sunday service. Today viewers reported hearing what sounded like a British soccer match ALONG WITH the church audio. I'm using a hard wired mic, not Wi-Fi, so I can't figure out where the interference/third party audio came from. Does anyone have experience with this or a potential solution?

Do you have desktop audio enabled in OBS? if so, then I'm guessing you most likely had a background browser window open, and it was playing audio and you configured OBS to capture stream ALL desktop audio.
That is why I disabled Desktop audio, and add only desired audio sources per scene (we haven't had indoor in-person worship for 8+ months) so we switch back and forth from pre-recorded content (readings, music, etc) and live video feed
with pre-recorded content, only audio is from the video
with live video, only audio input is our line in from sound panel
